All food service at the Carolina Event and Conference must be provided by a business on this Approved Catering list to ensure the safety of the clients and public who attend events at this facility. Absolutely no food other than “celebratory” pastries, such as wedding or birthday cakes from other approved businesses can be brought into the facility. Clients must have these celebratory items approved by CECC management.
